Reiki is an ancient relaxation technique, rediscovered in 19th century Japan, which reduces stress and promotes healing by balancing the body’s energy system.
This is an interactive program with Bonnie Fredrick and Bob McGrath, Reiki Master Practitioners and Teachers certified by the International Center for Reiki Training. Through their studio, Pathways to Harmony, Bob and Bonnie offer Reiki healing sessions, Reiki classes and certification at all levels, and personalized services using both Usui and traditional Japanese Reiki techniques.
Reiki is a wonderful, powerful and peaceful tool to keep your life in balance and is equally effective in self-treatment as it is in healing of other people or situations.
In this special introductory program, you will learn what Reiki has to offer and why it is the perfect complementary therapy for any issues you may be experiencing.
What to expect from this Introduction to Reiki program?
During this session, you will learn what Reiki can do to bring the greatest good to you and
your loved ones. You will also have the opportunity to experience its special healing energy
