The Burning Bowl Ceremony is a symbolic way to cleanse our lives, rid ourselves of old thoughts, experiences and the old pictures in our heads and replace them with a new way of viewing ourselves and our world.
There is always some aspect of ourselves that we would like to change and clear from our consciousness; but sometimes the unwanted image is hard to get rid of in our mind’s eye.
The Burning Bowl Ceremony is a way to cleanse our lives, and let go of the past unwanted ways
of thinking and being.

We will use meditation/hypnosis to do life review of 2011 to examine the direction in which we intended our lives to go at the start of 2011 & review the path we actually took and become aware of what we might have done differently to have experienced more joy, happiness, fulfillment, health, prosperity. Having become aware of the roadblocks, negativity, situations, & thoughts that prevented us from living our ideal, we then write it down & release it into the Burning Bowl.
We are then free to create a new direction for 2012 unencumbered by the past.
A wonderful way to begin 2012.
