In this Seminar Marcia will teach the beginning techniques involved in working with Energy to improve your life and the lives of others. Energy Work involves the understanding, use and balanced development of your own Vital Life Force which is also known as Chi or Ki.

- Recognize your current energy level
- Determine whether your energy level is too high or too low
- Adjust your energy level to achieve a healthy level for your current condition
- Build up your energy level in a safe and balanced manner
- Learn to help those who are in need without depleting your Personal energy/vital life force
