Learn how to intuitively read the Tarot in this two session course.
The goal of this fun and interactive course is to have those interested with this art of divination become familiar with the system of Tarot, its history, understanding and interpreting the cards intuitively, basic tarot spreads, how to read for others and being familiar with the legal aspects of reading for others.
WHEN:
- Session # 1: Saturday January 30th, 2010 – 12:30-4:30pm
- Session # 2: Saturday February 6th, 2010 – 12:30-4:30pm
COST:
- Each session is $30.00 or $50.00 for both if paid in full by January 20th
The following are required course materials that the student must have when attending each session:
- Standard 78 card Tarot deck- This course is not formatted to teach a specific deck so the one you bring to each session and work with is your choice. Many people do choose the Rider-Waite deck as a starter deck.
- 3 Ring Binder w/loose leaf paper or spiral notebook for taking notes
- Pen or pencil

Instructor: MJ Henion
MJ Henion has been working with Tarot for almost two decades and shares her knowledge and experiences within this course. Along with teaching this form of divination, she reads for her private clients and at psychic fairs in the Albany area. Aside from Tarot, MJ is co-founder/director of the Albany Paranormal Research Society (APRS), works full time and currently majors in Forensic Science at Hudson Valley Community College.
