The ancient art of tai chi, “meditation in motion,”
is the art of gentle flowing movements, connecting the mind & body.
During tai chi, focus is on movement and breathing, creating a state of relaxation and calm. Stress, anxiety and tension melts, even stays with you thru the week!

Instructor: Shifu Jack Allison
Jack has been studying and teaching Tai Chi for 38 years.
He is also a licensed massage therapist.
